My first 7-figure company was built on talent, hustle, and trial-and-error. It worked… until it didn’t.
Every strategy, client, and sale depended on me. I tried more traffic, new channels, more funnels, new hires — but the harder I pushed, the more chaotic and inconsistent everything became.
Even as I scaled multiple businesses to 7-figures, I battled the same burnout and plateaus many founders face today.
What changed everything was a simple realisation:
